Trigonometry

Trigonometry is originated from Greek words trigĹŤnon "triangle" + metron "measure". Trigonometry is a branch of mathematics which involves the study of lengths and angles of triangles. Trigonometry is vastly used in physics, engineering and many other subjects.

Trigonometry is mostly associated with right angled triangle.

The little box in the corner represents that it is a right angled triangle and another angles is (θ). The longest side is called the hypotenuse or the side in front of the right angle is also called the hypotenuse.
