Method 1: Fix the problem with Registry Editor

  1. Click Windows+R. In a window, type regedit.
  2. Once Registry Editor opens, enter the folder named HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Then navigate to Software.
  3. Then you need to enter Microsoft>Windows NT> Current Version.
  4. Click on Windows folder and the file named LoadAppInt_DLls.
  5. Right-click on it and choose Modify function. Change the value from 1 to 0.
  6. Exit the Registry Editor. Once you do that you might be asked to restart the device.

Method 2: Launch Event Viewer

  1. Start your computer in Safe mode with Networking.
  2. Restart the device, when the windows logo appears tap F8 or F2 depending on the model.
  3. Choose Safe mode with Networking.
  4. Click on the Start and choose Run.
  5. Type eventvwr.
  6. Now launch any software.
