Error 0x8024a11a – Blue Screen Error

If your PC is experiencing Blue screen I/O error shutdown issues or http errors, chances are that you are dealing with error 0x8024a11a. To fix it, you need to Modify The Application Data Path Inside The Registry. To do so:

1. Click onto “Start” – search for “Regedit.exe”
2. Browse to the following path in RegEdit:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current Version > Explorer > User Shell Folders
3.  Double click the entry called “AppData”

   

4.  Replace the original value with your own local profile path
5.  Press OK.
6.  Restart your PC.
