Congruent

In geometry two figures are said to be congruent if the shape and size of the figures is same.

Example: The triangles shown below is an example of congruency as the shape of the triangles is same and the length of the sides is both the triangles is equal.

Congruent Line Segments

When the length of two different line segments is equal and they lie at same angle on the plane then the line segments are said to be congruent.

Congruent Angles

Two angles are said to be congruent when they have the same measure.
