Use Command Prompt

• Open Command Prompt as shown in Method 2.
• Type the following commands and hit Enter:

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

• Restart the computer.

Remove Antivirus
